  Very luxurious. Very professional, friendly, attentive staff. Big, spacious, beautiful and modern room. Excellent bathroom, probably the best I've seen so far.   Professional staff, beautiful room. I have stayed at several hotels in Zurich, but would return to this one, I think. - Breakfast was very good, staff was very nice, location was very nice.

  Really god staff at the hotel! - The staff = friendly and helpful.Even though we had a booking for 3rooms, we changed it upon arrival to 2 rooms only due to one person whocouldn't make it.The Hotel understood the situation and didn't charge usfor that room. And we loved the idea thatthe Hotel is so close to the railway... - The pool/spa has an amazing view of Zurich, although it is slightly outof town, it is only 2 stops (5 mins) on the train and the station isdirectly across the road. The room was comfortable and the staff wereextremely helpful. From my month long trip through Europe, the swissotelin Zurich was by far the best. Will definitely stay again.

  Excellent staff always very helpful, especially in the dining room at Breakfast. Rooms were excellent size and as clean as one would want. Over our three night stay we occupied 2 different rooms. The first night we had a three bed family room on the 3rd floor which was superb. For the next two nights we were in a double Buisness room on the 2nd fl... vad folk säger » oor which was also large and clean but it was far, far too hot and without reason that we could see. Opening the windows was a definite No, No because - All the staff were really helpful and friendly. We had various things we needed help with and they were great at solving anything we requested. The reception staff in particular had great patience and a sense of humour. The breakfast were lovely and the restaurant meals were good but pricy-but then Swiss restaurants are pricy! Easy walking distance of the city centre and station-about 10 mins.
