  Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck.   The staff, esecially Bea (front desk), Zora (front desk), Dragana(lounge) & Willy (Piano player). These individuals were exceptional, with superb people skills. My room was on the top floor and I had an excellent view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is in close proximity to the downtown area and places of interest. The train station is close but nevert - We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed this aspect. We made full use of the kitchen facility since we were a couple with 6 (hungry!)college age kids. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen. The most amazing aspect of the apartment is that from the balcony, we had a full view of the Matterhorn. Hiking and skiing were amazing. We can

  A small and cosy hotel that surely lives up to the standards of its five stars! I spent some amazing days here, with most attentive staff and an excellent room with beautiful views! The food was delicious, and during lunch time it was possible to enjoy your meal outside on the terrace, enjoying the lovely weather and the breathtaking panoramic mou... vad folk säger » ntain view. I would most definitely recommend this hotel, and if I have the chance to come back to Crans, this is where I will spend my stay, no doubt - The hotel staff was extremely polite and pleasant from the moment we arrived. Our family suite was lovely in every way and, after a long trip through Switzerland, the peace and quiet was wonderful. I am extremely picky so take my word: this is worth it for a true "Swiss" experience down to the waiters setting up our breakfasts on our balcony. Tres bien.
