  We loved everything about this hotel - from its location, quietness of the area and beautiful landscapes, to the clean, comfortable room, good breakfast and gourmet kitchen. Although the rooms have no balcony, there is one common terrace where anyone can relax and enjoy a drink while admiring the beautiful mountains.

  Everything! We loved our stay at Hotel Silvana and wish we would have stayed longer. The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking and the hotel staff and food was wonderful. - Beautiful location, conveniant for walking & skiing. Very friendly and accommodating owners/staff. Nice dining resteraunt and bright seperate breakfast room.

  We were 13 nights in the hotel and had a fabulous time. It is a very nicely renovated hotel, modern but very user friendly. Rooms are spaceous and nicely decorated. Sauna was very complete for a hotel sauna. Massage should be pre booked in winter but are very good and can be recommended. Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast.   We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The frontstaff as well as breakfast staff were very service minded and helpful. We had a fantastic big room with nice view. The breakfast buffe' was super with all different gourmet to choose between. Didn't have the balcony because of the late booking, but anyway great views from sparkling clean windows. Breakfast ok.   We stayed at the hotel in order to visit Zermatt. This is the last place where you can get your car. Parking is free, which is an important issue in the calculation of vacation. The hotel is 2oo meters from the train to Zermatt. Hotel apartment type and study alone just fine. Breakfast is good. The staff is extremely friendly. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. - Stayed for 2 nights and used as a base to explore Zermatt and the matterhorn glacier trail, glacier paradise and gornergrat. It is a short walk between hotel and the regular zermatt shuttle train. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. Very good breakfast. Nice room. Good facilities. Really enjoyed out short stay here. Even let us keep our car on the premises for the full day of check out at no cost.

  Very good meals - we took half board which is a good thing to do in Switzerland. Service by staff excellent. A very nice stay and would go back. - Holidays start at arrival in the hotel with a welcome drink. Breakfast and diner are superclass.
