  This is an outstanding little pearl of a small family-run mountain hotel, that we have had the pleasure of visiting for the second time. The service from the minute you check in to the moment you leave is of a very high standard and extremely personalised. You are greeted as a friend rather than a customer. And the views from most rooms and balconies are to die f - The lady who helped us at check-in, dinner, breakfast, and check-out was the most friendly person we met on our 2-week trip. The food was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a very cozy mountain-cabin feel to it.

  Hotellets läge är mycket bra. Man bör dock ha rum på vån 2 och uppåt. Relax, spa avdelningen är av yttersta kvalite och design. Mycket hjälpsam personal och bra mat på restaurangen i anslutning.   Everything was just great. Generally we like hiking and do not spend much time on the accomodation. Here, first time, it was different. We could read stories in a very comfortable living room in the evenings, we could let our kids (5 and 2 years) wander around the house and in the garden, it was absolutely safe.   The wonderful warm welcome by the owners and they made our stay truly special . They even made a special Black Forest Gateau for my birthday evening ,which was made a magical occasion by the excellent meal presented beautifully by the staff. - Very friendly and welcome stuff.   Cervo is a perfect example of modern uncomplicated class. It is a mixture of elegance, design and simplicity that reflects in every aspect, from the kindness of the personnel to the furniture. Everything clearly shows that behind Cervo there is a well thought concept, which is shared among every single person working there. I rarely spend my holidays in Switzerland but Zermatt as a whole and Cervo, make me proud of our touristic offe - I highly recommend this place. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the view from the hotel is splendid. The rooms are very nice. Nice view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is also really, really nice. The location might seem a bit far from the station, but they'll pick you up at the station, and there's an elevator from the hotel down to the city. Dinner is also good.

  The indoor pool, heated jacuzzis and the steam and sauna rooms were really great! Could have spent a whole day there. Also, the complimentary afternoon tea-time snacks were so similar to St. Regis hotel in Singapore - free flow of juices and tasty exotic-looking cake. The views from the lobby, hotel room and restaurant etc were magnificent. - The hotel staff were very friendly and did their best to help us get the most out of our short stay. The hotel itself was modern but has also retained an old world charm that help create a comfortable feeling while enjoying the public spaces.
