  It's very conveniently located for the Sunnegga/Rothorn funicular and Gornergrat train. The staff were very kind and helpful to my elderly parents. Excellent buffet breakfast - really very good for this category of hotel. The pine bar area and restaurant are simply and attractively styled. Breakfast was top of the class and facilites were cozy and modern. Will forever be my number 1 pick in Zermatt.

  Charming town, excellent staff who were extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast had a good variety and was well replenished. Internet strength was good throughout hotel.   A perfect Location, very calm and still not more then 5 minutes from the center, All was great the Hotel, the Staff, the Pool and welness facility, we will go back for sure.... Only Hotel Sonne in Zermatt - Excellent service, nice rooms, very generous spa area- everything was just perfect.

  Very good meals - we took half board which is a good thing to do in Switzerland. Service by staff excellent. A very nice stay and would go back. - Holidays start at arrival in the hotel with a welcome drink. Breakfast and diner are superclass.

  We were 13 nights in the hotel and had a fabulous time. It is a very nicely renovated hotel, modern but very user friendly. Rooms are spaceous and nicely decorated. Sauna was very complete for a hotel sauna. Massage should be pre booked in winter but are very good and can be recommended. Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast.
