  The hotel is located oposite Alpin Express so you can ski almost back to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and the owner Ivano was keen to accomodate our extra requests. The hotel is very clean and tidy. We also had dinner in the hotel and it works out to be the cheapest dinner in town as for CHF30 we had a four course meal with salad. ... vad folk säger » The dinner needs to be prebooked in the morning. There is the Cesar ski rental next door and the guests of the hotel get 10% discount so there is no - Fast WIFI and located right next to the Alpin Express gondola lift. Plenty of English channels on a big flat screen TV in a spacious room. Great ski lockers for each room set your own combination. Not overpriced for half board meal option good value and saves on eating out. Nice bar. My second visit would return again.

  The Suite is with an excellent Matterhorn view. The staff is very friendly. A hotel employee met us at the station and drove us to the hotel. Impeccable cleanliness is maintained in the hotel - rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily, linen is changed twice a week. The breakfast is very diverse and plentiful. Both the room and toilet is very clean and decorated very nicely. Wifi is offered for guest for free. The location is near both Gornegrat and Sunnega, and is very convenient.

  We were pleasantly surprised to stay at the Hotel Communal as our original hotel couldn't fulfill the reservation. We were warmly greeted by the owner and he made sure that the rooms fit our family's need. The restaurant attached to the hotel was fabulous -- a great place to relax after skiing in Champery.   The host Christoph Imboden is fantastic. He was very helpful during our stay and provided important information for maximizing our visit to the Zermatt area (seeing the Matterhorn, etc.).   I was lucky, upgraded to the suite. Very comfortable beds, well appointed bathroom and a view of the Matterhorn. The hotel was comfortable and beautifully decorated like a game lodge.   Excellent staff, very clean, spacious and comfortable apartments, close to the Torrent cablecar that leasd to the ski slopes - everything was good and not to far away from the center of the village.
