  It was an amazing experience!! The service was spectacular!! Very welcoming, yet still very discreet! The hotel is very well decorate, plus have technologies also.   Our room was bright and very comfortable. Nice to have a separate living area which is unusual to find in most hotel rooms. Spa and pool area also very pleasant. Good choice of food at breakfast each morning.   Very comfortable beds, clean room, ample sized bathroom. We had a smaller room near the stairs which was convenient but I heard everything. Staff was kind and spoke English and we were treated with respect. Free parking right next to the hotel.   Staff was welcoming. Room was clean, comfortable and well kitted out - and had a spacious (if oddly placed) bathtub. Breakfast was varied, delicious and fresh.   A small and cosy hotel that surely lives up to the standards of its five stars! I spent some amazing days here, with most attentive staff and an excellent room with beautiful views! The food was delicious, and during lunch time it was possible to enjoy your meal outside on the terrace, enjoying the lovely weather and the breathtaking panoramic mou... vad folk säger » ntain view. I would most definitely recommend this hotel, and if I have the chance to come back to Crans, this is where I will spend my stay, no doubt - The hotel staff was extremely polite and pleasant from the moment we arrived. Our family suite was lovely in every way and, after a long trip through Switzerland, the peace and quiet was wonderful. I am extremely picky so take my word: this is worth it for a true "Swiss" experience down to the waiters setting up our breakfasts on our balcony. Tres bien.
