  Very pleasant staff,particularly in the dining room.Hotel nice and warm. - We went up behind the hotel to the alps. It was beautiful. Thestaff was so friendly and very helpful. We can't wait to go back!

  The place was fantastic! There was a great atmosphere, it was very clean and the staff were helpful. It was also a short walk to the city centre or you could take a bus that was 50m from the hostel. - The staffs were really nice, friendly and helpful.

  Very friendly, warm and helpful staff. Makes you feel welcome and well cared for. Nice balcony in the room and a pretty garden to eat breakfast. Excellent breakfast with good bread, good selection of local cheeses, nice coffee and healthy (and unhealthy) muesli choices. Flexible breakfast hours.   The hotel was within easy walking distance from both the centovalley express train station and the ferry station. Our room had a balcony with a nice view of the lake and ferry terminal. - The stuff there is really great and helpful. Great location.

  The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to anticipate needs. The owner got the buffet breakfast prepared early on the day of our departure as we had to leave early. Very friendly staff, clean room, very quiet (except the a-holish couple next door who decided to have a loud chat @ 3 a.m. on the balcony), rich breakfast (although no vegetables available).
