  Very pleasant staff,particularly in the dining room.Hotel nice and warm. - We went up behind the hotel to the alps. It was beautiful. Thestaff was so friendly and very helpful. We can't wait to go back!

  Very friendly, warm and helpful staff. Makes you feel welcome and well cared for. Nice balcony in the room and a pretty garden to eat breakfast. Excellent breakfast with good bread, good selection of local cheeses, nice coffee and healthy (and unhealthy) muesli choices. Flexible breakfast hours. Close to the center, 5 min walk but out of the noise... vad folk säger » . - Antonino-the owner so helpful,upgraded us to a garden view room as not busy.Nice touch.Plenty of hot water,good breakfast,very clean,not noisy.right beside bus and train stops so not in town but easy access.Would say its the best accommodation we have booked with you.

  We loved the experience of taking the cable car up the mountain and feeling like we the whole area to ourselves. There are trails for all ability levels and the view from the hotel deck and the observation platform are wonderful. The grounds are well-kept and there's plenty of fun things for children to do.   Everything was good. View from the hotel is amazing and the location permitted us to undertake the hiking trip to Cimmetta & Cardada.   The location and food quality - Great location, very central and near the station ,shops and restaurants. Rooms were of average comfort and cleanliness. Shared bathroom was very clean. Buffet breakfast was very good and served until 10am. The hotel restaurant served excellent menu at very reasonable prices.
