  The staff were excellent and welcomed us even when we arrived close to their deadline. Excellent location, a short walk into Ascona where there are lots of restaurants beside Lake Maggiore.   They have given us a well-prepared baby travel crib for our little one in our room, which has included a bed sheet, a duvet and a pillow for our 8 months old daughter!   Very clean and welcoming. Just 10 minutes walk to lake and center. Very nice restaurant. Car park nearby so I can leave the car safely and for free during my stay. - Ketty and Tommy were both very friendly and keen to help in any way to make our stay enjoyable. We had stayed at the hotel before and would recommend it.
