The apartment was exactly what we expected, wanted and needed. It was clean, tidy, cosy and had everything. It was within walking distance to two beaches, a number of restaurants and the main centre. Easily accessible by public transport from the airport. Great value for money.

Apartment complex is very pretty. It is a quiet place and just 7 minutes walk into the Veultas area with bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. the pool area is lovel and the breakfast very good and very good value. I asked for a downstairs apartment and that is what I got. I stayed with my two elderly parents and they loved it. If you need anything ask.... yes it is a bit dated and wouldn't recommend for people with young kids as the pool is more adult orientated. It's a family run business and they treat their guests a bit like family too. Javier will help you out with tips for your holiday and is always on hand to helpp out, if needed. They don't chare you for silly things like safe keys and the loan of a DVD player and I feel very 'ay home' when there. It's also great value for money and the apartments are a good size.

As apartments were not full they let us stay in our apartment on our last day until our bus left at 16.15 p.m. without any charge - that never happened to us before. -
Apartment was spotless clean it was very convenient to the bus stop beach and shops and shops would defenitly recommend this apartment and complex to anyone.

Quiet location, lovely pools, short walk from the beach. Bus stop close if you are independent travellers like we were. Bedding and towels changed regularly. We booked second floor apartment but not one available and we were offered choice of ground floor one or top floor in mansion (No 2312) We had read that these were dark, admittedly they are older but they were comfortable with all you need. Att poolen var uppvärmd - all good in general - It is a quiet area of Playa las Am. Close to the beach. Always a parking space for your car outside the hotel. Close to Siam Park and to cheap and ok restaurants.

Small complex with excellent reception staff (Manuel/Orlando). Very clean with excellent maid service (Jessica/Antonia) every day. Quiet location but only a short walk to shops bars restaurants however not entirely suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. -
