  The staff have a very helpful, friendly, relaxed and polite attitude. This particularly applies to Marta and Cristina on reception who were good fun as well. At breakfast we were well looked after by Christina. I also have to mention the unsung heroines of the hotel, the room maids, who did a splendid job on our room. The locality also enjoys a - Luxury hotel, lovely location, views to die for. Air conditioning good. Beautiful room. The little private sea front area in front of the hotel was lovely.we watched octopus in the water from the rocks-

  Great choice at buffet breakfast,Clean pool. Lots of sunbeds. Helpful friendly staff. Lots of free parking.   The hotel and ground were immaculate. Beautifully kept, very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would most definitely stay again. - Everything. Great place, great staff.

  We really enjoyed this hotel and area. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the bay and pool. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the bathroom was quite large. The staff brought me a fan at no charge (The ac worked great, I just like the fan noise). We loved Sant Elm beach and the close by Camp de Mar and ... vad folk säger » Port de Andratx areas. We wish we would have just done our whole vacation there instead of checking out the other side of the island too. We wound up - Very friendly and helpful staff. We were upgraded and, because our room was occupied again on check-out, transfered to another room for a late check-out. Rooms are spacious, clean and well looked after. Views on the bay are superb. Since we only stayed one night and did not use any meals we cannot judge these facilities.
