We really enjoyed this hotel and area. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the bay and pool. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the bathroom was quite large. The staff brought me a fan at no charge (The ac worked great, I just like the fan noise). We loved Sant Elm beach and the close by Camp de Mar and Port de Andratx areas. We wish we would have just done our whole vacation there instead of checking out the other side of the island too. We wound up .
alla recensioner » Very friendly and helpful staff. We were upgraded and, because our room was occupied again on check-out, transfered to another room for a late check-out. Rooms are spacious, clean and well looked after. Views on the bay are superb. Since we only stayed one night and did not use any meals we cannot judge these facilities. The complex & apartments where very spacious, modern & fantastic views of Sant Elms bay. Our apartment was on the 4th floor (521)so spectacular view of Dragonara Island & the bay. The staff & management were very helpful & friendly welcoming upon arrival answering questions & settling in. Very comfortable hotel with a nice seafront view. There are the good connection with Palma through 120 kmph highway. for us it was Good point of start for discovering of Tramuntana mountains' area but should be taken into account that the roads in west-northen part of island may be difficult for beginners. Location (But not for the use of public transport, as needs a transfer. I used a rental car) Fine view from balсony Very friendly and helpful staff!!! Few people on the beach opposite the hotel to 11:30. Staff very helpfull. Location quiet but has enough. Main hotel rooms are excellent. This is a perfect destination for young families. St Elm is beautiful and Don Camilo is perfectly situated in the heart of the village just by an enchanting bay. Close to all restaurants and bars - not too numerous but certainly enough. The view and helpful reception staff and manager. We had a nice holiday but I would describe this hotel as 'OK' nothing more. The location is good. Nice beach and cosy little town. Parking around the hotel is a lucky shot. After circling three times we found a spot. No big issue, comes with the territory..... The only drawback was there were no lifts & steep steps to the room. However as the property design albeit recently renovated was not originally designed for lifts this was not a problem for us. May be a little bit noisy in the room at morning hours due to the german families who are going to have a breakfast. :). 5 eur for 1day internet acess looks like yesterday's day and expansive. once invited singers sang badly, but very very loud Did not like the food. Originally given room 712 which has no views, no separate bedroom and no aircon. Bit like a cave, albeit a large one. That being said the hotel manager quickly responded and moved us after two nights. No loungers by kids pool. no english TV chanel to watch. Caters predominantly for German guests which is reflected in food available. No English t.v. Available even though it advertises satellite t.v. No porterage help available with luggage even though there is no lift. Facilities were dated and tired, although the price does reflect this. The staff on reception were friendly but the staff in the restaurant weren't and no one offered to help with my bags at any point, I was a female travelling alone with a child and had to carry a large heavy suitcase up 2 flights of stairs. The food was very poor quality and wasn't labelled so you were unsure of what was being offered. Also the hotel is very noisy. Rude staff. Not very service friendly. Short breakfast with very low quality food.
