  Helena, receptionist, always cheerful, professional and helpful. Stayed on well after her leaving time to settle us in after our late arrival due to problems with our pre-booked airport pickup. This was nothing to do with the hotel but Helena was proactive in ensuring that it was all sorted out and our departure pickup was ontime. One big clearly detailed book with information about the apartment and - We were 6 girls. We had stayed at Eric Vokel for 1 week. Everything was great and we were really comportable and feel like a home. This apartments are really clean and have all equipment what we need. And there are two bathroom that's really good ıf you stay more than 3 people. Well located, Hotel is really near Sagrada familia and just 10-15 mins to La rambla by walks.   The apartment looked brand new and had all the facilities we needed, 2 toilets one with bathtub and one with shower, the ac worked well. The location was aside a big road overbulit with a little square so it was a little noisy outside but not in the flat (that was on the 2nd floor, 3rd with swedish way of counting), the good thing was that it was ... vad folk säger » very close to a metro station. The staff was good when we were there but don't expect them to answer emails sent before arrival, they didn't reply to - Size and interior of the flat. Self-catering. Convenient location close to the metro. Many tourist attractions are easily accesible using the Metro such as Las Ramblas. Parc Güell and the Tramvia Blau was walking distance from the flat. The staff was fluentnin many languages including English and also very helpfull to book transfers from the airport.

Location was perfect - nice neighbourhood, in the end of the main shopping street in Barcelona, close to the metro stations (in the middle of two metro stations). A fantastic location, within 3 minutes walk from Sangrada Cathedral.
