Helena, receptionist, always cheerful, professional and helpful. Stayed on well after her leaving time to settle us in after our late arrival due to problems with our pre-booked airport pickup. We were 6 girls. We had stayed at Eric Vokel for 1 week. Everything was great and we were really comportable and feel like a home. This apartments are really clean and have all equipment what we need. And there are two bathroom that's really good ıf you stay more than 3 people.
Well located, Hotel is really near Sagrada familia and just 10-15 mins to La rambla by walks.
The Kitchen is really nice, we had our breakfast at our apartment. It was really good ıf you dont wanna spent much money.

The apartment looked brand new and had all the facilities we needed, 2
toilets one with bathtub and one with shower, the ac worked well. The
location was aside a big road overbulit with a little square so it was a
little noisy outside but not in the flat (that was on the 2nd floor, 3rd

Size and interior of the flat. Self-catering. Convenient location close to the metro. Many tourist attractions are easily accesible using the Metro such as Las Ramblas. Parc Güell and the Tramvia Blau was walking distance from the flat. The staff was fluentnin many languages including English and also very helpfull to book transfers from the airport.

Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. -

The apartment was exactly as seen on the pictures - nice interior, cozy, fresh, well equipped.
Location was perfect - nice neighbourhood, in the end of the main shopping street in Barcelona, close to the metro stations (in the middle of two metro stations).
Our apartment was courtyard side, so it was quiet and peaceful.

We loved the location. We arrived in the city at 9am after our flight, dropped our bags at the hostel and walked to a nearby cafe then to the Sagrada Familia. Our bags were in our apartment by 2pm and we enjoyed the great coffee provided and the size and comfort of the modern, clean rooms. The apartments are an easy walk to the city attractions including the flower and food market, the main streets and a Hop On Hop off bus stop. great location, very close to attractions and Gracia is a lovely district to party and go shopping; shutters in room - completely dark at night; friendly staff waited for me since I arrived past midnight -

Τα πάντα ήταν άψογα!!! - οι υπάλληλοι του ξενοδοχείου πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. το δωμάτιο καθαρό και περιποιημένο, το ίδιο και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα ακριβώς στο μετρό monumental. στο χωρο υποδοχής υπάρχει υπολογιστής για δωρεάν χρήση από τους ενοίκους. το συνιστώ και θα ξαναέμενα στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο.
