We liked almost everything at the hotel. Its location couldn't be better, right behind the metro exit and you can watch Sagrada Familia at breakfast time or whenever ou go up the terrace. The staff. They went out of our way to fix any issues with the room,
answer our many questions, mail our postcards, tell us about the culture
of the city, etc. They packed a breakfast bag for my wife and I in the
early morning when we left since we could not stay for breakfast. We
were still talking about how friendly the staff was when we got home.
This is the best customer service we've had amongst all the places
we've visited in the mediterranean. Will definitely come back.

The location of the hotel is really good for exploring the city. It is
located between 2 metro stations which allow you to visit almost all
places of interest. In fact some places of interest are just a couple
minutes of walk away. The hotel has a great terrace on the roof. It was
a pleasure to enjoy a glass of wine and jamon looking at the skyline of
Barcelona. Nice atmosphere.

Big nice confortable quiet room.
When I booked the room I mentionned it was for a surprise birthday for my fiancé, and when we arrived in the room there was a big heart with happy birthday drawn on the mirror. Very sweet.

The staff very friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. We stayed on a 3 night package,goin mid week which was a fantastic deal at 186 euros, but did not take the option of a breakfast. A fantastic location, within 3 minutes walk from Sangrada Cathedral. The hotel provided free internet access in its lobby area , and the rooms where impeccable. -

The location was good, in the Eixample district - 10 mins walk from Passieg de Gracia Railway Station, so we took train from airport T.2 - only took 25 mins and costs 3.5 euros each. I can highly recommend this trendy hotel.The staff are friendly and knowledgable, rooms are clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view over the city, from our balcony, plus a nespresso machine. Breakfast was excellent and this was leisure combined with business. We stayed in this 4 star hotel for leisure and thereafter went to a 5 star hotel where our conference were, but this 4 star hotel was much better than the 5star. Thus don't let the stars confuse you!

The room was very clean with comfortable beds, with enough space, free juices and water in the refrigerator, tea and coffee maker with coffee and tea bags (refilled every day) and with very nice and clean bathroom. The rooms are nicely decorated, the hotel has its own personality, every room is decorated differently. We had a room on the top floor and it came with a large terasse and sunbeds. The bed was perfect, not too hard, not too soft. Location is great, just one block from Passeig de Gracia and Plaza Catalunya. Close to the lively tourist area, but still in a less crowded, noisy neighbourhood. Food at breakfast was good, large variety, it's only a cold breakfast. The hotel is brand new, we stayed on
