  Cleanliness, location, large room with excellent view, closets, bath, bed - everything was great. Mellissa was very helpful and friendly when we arrived. - Absolutely beautiful room right in the centre of Santiago, just few steps from the Cathedral. Close to shops and pubs.

  Excellent location. Elegant small hotel with new management team. (summer 2013) The staff (Eduardo, Beatrice, Ivan, Alberto) at this hotel really made our stay in the city memorable and comfortable. We found the service exceptional, especially at the end of a long, busy tourist season. We most appreciated the hot drin - The room was perfect in convenience and decor. The staff was extremely caring, hospitalble and helpful. Everything possible to make our stay more pleasant was provided from calling taxis to providing breakfast when we had an early departure. The receptionist wrote out, in Spanish, the symptoms when we had to visit urgent care. We extended our stay two nights because we enjoyed the ambiance and staff so much I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago.

  Jag har bott på detta hotell tidigare, visste att läget var perfekt (ca 100 m från katedralen), att det var rent, litet och att människorna där var vänliga och måna om sina gäster. Det var visserligen nya ägare nu, men det innebar att det var ännu bättre service och omtanke nu.   The people who ran it were so nice-- We had just finished the Camino, and were exhausted. They hustled us up to our room to rest right away, and let us deal with the checking in later in the afternoon. They also loaned us a hair dryer for the duration of our stay, and helped us get a cab when we left. Perfect location, great price. There are some nice cafes round the corner doing good-value breakfasts all day, and loads of good cafes, restaurants, clubs, shops and sights all over the city centre.
