  From the moment we stepped out of our taxi until the moment we left the hotel, the staff were attentive to all of our needs. The amenities were first class, and I especially enjoyed the full range of fitness and leisure activities: spa, gym, hydrotherapy pool and outdoor pool.   This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at a hotel in the Vincci group and I have found the hotels very comfortable both times. comfortable rooms, with good facilities.this time I was staying in an ajoining room, which did mean that I had to put up with a little bit of noise from teh next door guest, (guests were not overally noisy, but you could h... vad folk säger » ear them showering and generally moving about) - The hotel is on a nice location among 3 metro stops,very close to placa Espanya,in a quite enough area.The staff is very polite and they speak english well.The rooms were perfect,although not very spacious,but impressive with very nice decoration.The bathroom was excellent.

  We were 3 people in an appartment with 2 rooms. There was plenty of space. Everything was excellent. Location is good, 3 min walk to a big metro and bus node (Placa Espanya) - All as a small hotel should be plus excellant staff and management. Very helpfull. Highly recommended

  One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in on a city break in another country. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for our entire stay. Our family room consisted of two double rooms with interconnecting doors and most impressive bathrooms and both very clean. The minibar was stocked with bottles of complimentary water. Would definitely stay again despite distance from city and also recommend to friends,etc. - -the personal was more than friendly and helpful. They even let our friends(not staying at the hotel) to use their luggage room -the design of everything in the hotel was wonderful -there is a steambath,free of charge -there where all kinds of staff for one time use in the bathroom (even tooth paste and brush,shaver and shaving cream)

  Upon arrival, the hotel clerk was very helpful and friendly; we were even offered an upgrade at no cost. The room was fantastic, super king-size bed with marble bathroom including a 6ft long bath with 3 showers! Bathroom and Bedroom had patio doors opening to a huge veranda overlooking the city with dining table, chairs and sofas. English is my first language and it was reassuring to have staff that could communicate easily. Also, they were good not to laugh at my weak Spanish! The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

  I have been going back and forth to Spain and this was the friendliest hotel I have stayed at. The staff were always helpful. It is convieniently Located near Maria Christina ( green line) too.
