  The staff are very helpful and genuinely keen to serve us. Walking distance to many touristic sights, cafes and restaurants. Heads up to the cleaning lady who cleans up the room everyday! Big plus. Don't see that often for a budget friendly hotel/hostel. Wirelss internet works reliably. Bed is firm enough which is good for us. All in all, good value for the location and facilities p - It's a fairly good hotel. It should be rated more than 1 star. I've stayed in 3 stars hotels which could be considered worse than Puerta Carmona. The location is excellent: near coach and train station and also to the historical city centre. I arrived very early and could check in at 6 am!

  I chose this hotel as it seemed close to the train station and to the historic centre. It is about 15 mins walk from the station, but it's easy to find. A no 31 bus will take you from the train station, directly to the hotel. The hotel is self is clean and comfortable. There is a lovely bar just behind the church which is to the right of the hotel... vad folk säger » next to the bus station. It was excellent for breakfast and for tapas, I didn't notice the name, but it was the best place we ate in Seville. - This hostel was close to a major tourist shopping area, but not so close as to make it expensive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean although the bathroom was small compared to American standards. The air conditioning worked, which was very important for us since there were highs of 110 when we were there.

  Overall it was OK. There are strong positives and strong negatives. Positives: The hotel is very attractive. The room is big, especially the bathroom. Wifi worked fine in the room. There were lots of tables to lay out your things, chairs, electrical outlets, and a refrigerator.   It was beautiful. And the rooms were absolutely spotless. Modern bathroom. My 6 year old daughter said it looked like paradise when we walked in! - Great location near the old city in Seville. The hotel has a ambience and the staff we really helpful. Great value-for-money.

  This hotel is a little gem. Very helpfull staff,great location forsightseeing. Spotless clean. You cant ask for more. A very pleasentstay. Thanks to all the staff. - I liked the location. We were able to drop off our laundry at the front desk and to pick it up at the end of the day for ten euros.

  On check-in we found that we were moved from Las Cruces to the Murillo apartments because of some issues with the original room. That wasn't a problem for us as it was just some 200 meters away and we were offered the same conditions. I lovd the apartment and felt two nights were short.
