  The hotel staff were very accommodating. Upon arrival the travel cot had not been provided. I am unsure whether this was the fault of the hotel or LetsBookHotel.com but the problem was soon resolved. - The closeness of the hotel to the Santa Justa Train Station and The Sevilla Futbol Stadium.

  This Hotel is great for the price. good access to the center and very polite and helpful staff. I will use again for sure. Great bar, fantastic music. They had a live Flemenco band in and I had great fun. - situation of hotel. Nice, big entrance and reception area.

  Helpful and friendly staff. The room has blackout curtains, so that it is possible to sleep whenever you want. I also like bathroom decoration. Internet is awailable in the lobby - and it is possible to listen audio from internet via headset. Many fruits available during the breakfast (apples, pears, peaches, watermelon, grapes, oranges, plums, etc... vad folk säger » .) - Very well located. As i wanted to be based in Seville and take one-day trips to Cordoba, Mala and Granada it was near the Santa Justa Train Station - 10 minutes walking .

  Very conveinent location to the stadium. Only 20 minutes walk from the centre and plenty of local bars nearby. - The hotel staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was large and in a good location.

  Great location. Close to heaps of main attractions. Supermarkets within five minutes walk. Apartment itself was spacious and fairly clean. Decent amount of cooking equipment.   The staff are very helpful and genuinely keen to serve us. Walking distance to many touristic sights, cafes and restaurants. Heads up to the cleaning lady who cleans up the room everyday! Big plus. Don't see that often for a budget friendly hotel/hostel. Wirelss internet works reliably. Bed is firm enough which is good for us. All in all, good value for the location and facilities p - It's a fairly good hotel. It should be rated more than 1 star. I've stayed in 3 stars hotels which could be considered worse than Puerta Carmona. The location is excellent: near coach and train station and also to the historical city centre. I arrived very early and could check in at 6 am!
