  The hotel management must be given top marks for their staff selection and running of the hotel. All the staff are extremely friendly, courteous, cheerful and helpful. The hotel runs an honesty bar system, free minibar in rooms, all day snacks and free wi fi.   From the friendly and helpful staff, to the modern design, amazing rooms and great location, the Olivia Balmes Hotel will be one of the hot spots in a year time. For being open only a few months, they really have their act together and want to return soon! - Excellent staff, especially there is a girl in reception ( Ania ), who helped us so much ... vad folk säger » for choosing the restaurants.   The facilities were excellent, the power shower was amazing, laptop with free internet and all the finishing touches to the decor etc really made the difference. The hotel is right in the middle of everything but you never hear any of the traffic because of the very good double glazing even though we were right on the road. The staff were also very... vad folk säger » helpful. - Location is superb - many attractions (Batillio and Pedera) are within walking distance tube station is a 1 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and tried to help (we in fact booked a Flamenco show from the front desk). One of the staff - Alex - stood apart and really tried to help as much as possible.
