  It's a lovely place. People are very kind and they were very helpful. Bilbao is a very interesting place to visit and this hotel is a good option - Clean, comfortable *excellent beds*, fantastic breakfast, central location. Well reccommended

  We stayed here for one night and found the staff fabulous. We were emailed once we booked to confirm they had the baby travel cot we needed. They also offered us a baby bath. While there they even shared a couple of toys with our daughter which she loved. The room was comfortable and the washrooms were clean. It was an easy walk to the Guggenheim ... vad folk säger » and then to the old section for a delightful evening of pinchos. - I will return to Bilbao and will definitely stay in Pension Zubia, a budget friendly lodging -Excellent excellent excellent accomodation- clean, ideal location ,warm friendly service. Breakfast is not served but there is lovely coffee served directly opposite building .No wonder it has got such good reviews.Thank you

  Modern hotel with spacious rooms, clean and very comfortable, high quality fixtures and good shower. Reception staff friendly enough. Location was fine, caught Bizkaibus outside Airport Terminal straight to Centre (get off 2nd stop) and 10 minute walk to the Hotel. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. Very nice stay ... vad folk säger » for a weekend break, all attractions within reasonable walking distance. - This Hotel is an upscale modern facility set in a grand old building. It is centrally located in downtown Bilbao walking distance from everything and anything. The hotel would best be characterized, at least subjectively, as business luxury: it is luxurious but not plush. Lastly, it was a very good deal through letsbookhotel.com during the period we stayed. Highly recommended for top level comfort.
