We stayed here for one night and found the staff fabulous. We were emailed once we booked to confirm they had the baby travel cot we needed. They also offered us a baby bath. Clean & cosy place to stay in with friendly and helpful staff. Good location easily accessible from Abando Station, El Corte Ingles Supermkt is just across the roundabout. It is also near the old town, just a river-across, with many authentic eateries to choose from...once fimiliar with the place, walking to Guggenheim will only take abt 10 to 15 mins

This Hotel is an upscale modern facility set in a grand old building. It is centrally located in downtown Bilbao walking distance from everything and anything. The hotel would best be characterized, at least subjectively, as business luxury: it is luxurious but not plush. Lastly, it was a very good deal through letsbookhotel.com during the period we stayed. Highly recommended for top level comfort.
