  1- The service was amazing and as being a boutique hotel they pay attention to guests request. 2- Perfect location, walking distance from all the main areas. 3- The rooms were decorated in a very artistic way, we literary loved the bathroom and the amenities. 4- they served us every day with strawberry dipped chocolate and cookies or chocolates. 5... vad folk säger » - the breakfast was tasty and the mini bar along with the Wi-Fi was free which is very important nowadays, most of hotels their internet charges are e - The location was superb for our holiday purposes. Placa Reial was a great buzzy place to be, but yet the double glazing ensured a good night's sleep in our rooms which overlooked it. The staff were excellent: helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. We loved the included minibar and breakfast, and the fruits etc provided fresh every day.   From the minute you enter the hotel you already feel something is different. Then, when you get to your room you understand how different it is. The lobby includes the front desk with staff that was always willing to help and give useful advice. Just past the front desk you have the breakfast area/snack room where you can grab something to eat or... vad folk säger » drink when you come back in the afternoon for a siesta or in the evening. We loved the Carrot cake! The standard room is divided into two separate ar - There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

Room was luxurious and clean- a real haven to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. Room service was impressively quick. Restaurant fitted with quality of hotel and delicious food. PCs for guests, free internet, nice library where you could connect your own PC, mini-bar (soft drinks) included in the price of the room.   We loved our room, which was modern, spacious & stylishly appointed. Everything that we could want was there. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We ate in the Tapas bar on one night of our stay & had a very good meal. We did not think it was overpriced. Unfortunately, the Michelein star restaurant at the hotel was booked out s... vad folk säger » o we were not able to dine there on our second evening. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel & are looking forward to returning - Rooms were stylish and well set out and in a building with beautiful architectural features. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent within walking distance of hop on hop off bus stop and close to restaurants, massage place and shops. Also within easy walking to La Rambla. Concierge staff were particularly good and helpful and booked a few outings for us. The hotel however could have a stand to show what they offer in this respect to make more profit.
