1- The service was amazing and as being a boutique hotel they pay attention to guests request.
2- Perfect location, walking distance from all the main areas.

The location was superb for our holiday purposes. Placa Reial was a great buzzy place to be, but yet the double glazing ensured a good night's sleep in our rooms which overlooked it.
The staff were excellent: helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.
We loved the included minibar and breakfast, and the fruits etc provided fresh every day.

This review related to the apartment at Hospital 24. Location excellent, 30 seconds to Las Ramblas and Liceu metro but apartment itself very quiet with pleasant secluded balcony. Ideal for 2 people and all relevant equipment provided, comfortable; luxury would be stretching it. Wifi available but not that quick. Check-in agent very helpful - TV

fantastic location..........everyone was so helpful and nice. From the minute you enter the hotel you already feel something is different. Then, when you get to your room you understand how different it is.

There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

Staff were excellant and could not be more accomodating. Modern boutique decor hotel with great location to all attrctions. Rooms were stylish and well set out and in a building with beautiful architectural features. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent within walking distance of hop on hop off bus stop and close to restaurants, massage place and shops. Also within easy walking to La Rambla. Concierge staff were particularly good and helpful and booked a few outings for us. The hotel however could have a stand to show what they offer in this respect to make more profit.
