The rooms were fabulous! Ultra chic and modern with amazing views of the plaza outside, the church belltower next door. Wonderful hotel in perfect location, in the very center of Santiago, the
cathedral in close walking distance, but still very quiet.
&Quot;Superior" rooms are looking to the garden, but also the rooms
to the square are not noisy, as the restaurant does not serve outside. I
recommend to take the breakfast at the hotel, as it is not so easy to
get breakfast outside in (my middle-European...) early timing and

The room is nicely designed, with beautiful double-panelled windows, interesting royal sun design on ceiling, carbed stone wall in bathroom. Bird on ledge next to bathroom was a great touch! Bathroom has a warm, aesthetic feel. Overlooks main entry way for pilgrims on Camino de Santiago. Decent breakfast offered. Friendly staff--speak Spanish and French, some English.

Carmela was so lovely and friendly straight away. The most warming hotel owner I have came across (giving me a great big cuddle) and she catered to all my needs, printing off boarding tickets, storing my luggage etc. She even packed me a breakfast to take to the airport. Incredibly beautiful person and highly recommend!! The place itself was basic

Extremely helpful staff (Carmela) who gave us enormously valuable information about Santiago and also its whereabouts (we continued to Cabo Fisterra, and she gave hints and tips about places to visit on the way). The room was large and very comfortable, and the location was excellent, just within a walking distance from the old town. Also a parking garage is available.

We especially liked the fact that the hotel is located in a very interesting shopping center, which is furthermore very close to the old center of Santiago and the bus station. The hotel is actually a part of the huge shopping center complex, which also includes apartments which look into the mall itself. - Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. Room
