  I liked the location of the hotel which was on the tourist bus route so we weren't in the centre of the city. The staff were extemely friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The underground garage was important to us as well as we were driving to the hotel. - Friendly people, nice clean rooms...

English is my first language and it was reassuring to have staff that could communicate easily. Also, they were good not to laugh at my weak Spanish! The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
