  Free and easy, very friendly staff - I liked the service of the lady of the noon/evening shift. She was/is very helpful to every hotel guest and always has a smile or laugh.

  The attention to detail of all the staff was exceptional. Great breakfast, comfy beds, lovely showers, all you need. There was a friendly atmosphere too, not too formal, while keeping up the 5 star 'feel'.   Worth to be a 4 stars hotel, new and clean, the double room is big and comfortable, the decoration is very modern. The TV and some electronic equipment is Bang and Olufsen!!! He escorted me and my family up to the apartment. Once we were in, he gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us how to operate the air condition and heat. He also gave us a map and showed us where all of the main sites were and how to get there.

  I stayed at the hotel for a conference in Barcelona, and I was very happy with my stay. The room wasn't huge, but it had a king-size bed. Everything was kept immaculately clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. For someone who wants a view, a great kitchen set up with everything you need to prepare your own meals, and a very short stroll to the Sants train station to access downtown - it's great for a one or two night stay, and a good value.
