Alex welcomed us like family and was extremely helpfull. He escorted me and my family up to the apartment. Once we were in, he gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us how to operate the air condition and heat. He also gave us a map and showed us where all of the main sites were and how to get there.

The apartment was clean, kitchen, beds, bathroom, wifi, etc, were carefully maintained. Location is 5 minutes walking to both Sants train station and metro. The staffs were quite helpful when I requested for late check-out (from 11am to 12 noon).

I got a 2 bedroom flat. Everything worked well in the apartment. They have everything you would need in terms of kitchen appliances. Very clean n tidy. Very suitable for a family with kids. Probably the best staff during our European trip. They're so helpful and friendful for everything. Clean rooms and good price for Barcelona standarts. Free Wifi everywhere. Useful lobby allows people to get in touch. So close to Sants Train Station and underground metro station. And also very close to Camp Nou for Barça fans.

Really nice personal, the taxi driver didn't found the exact location and one of the girls working there was kind enough to came and picked us up - it was raining heavily.
The apartments are situated near to the subway and also to the train station, which made it easy for us to move around and outside Barcelona.
There are several places nearby where you can enjoy good food.
No noise, as it a secundary street with basically no cars.
Near many shops and a big supermarket.
