Location is great: 2 min walking from Girona metro station, 7 min walking from Passeig de Gracia metro/train station. Also walking distance to Ramblas de Catalunya. Excellent for shopping, restaurants, caffe'-s and more of "real" Barcelona.
Apartments look exactly like in the picture: modern, super clean, neat, new, well equpied. (a new building behind an old facade)
Staff is super friendly, helpful and clear on all the costs/options.
I will stay there again.

Excellent! The owners are wonderful people, very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
I really appreciated the morning conversations with the other guests while enjoying the excellent breakfast.
The rooms are impeccably clean and the bedding is just perfect.
Also very good location.

Room was quiet (maybe because there are only couple of rooms and all the other guests were nice and quiet people). Emilio (the owner) was very helpful and speaks very good English.

The front desk was a lot of help and said exactly where to go. They are helpful and accommodating.
Free wifi and a computer to use for free too.
Free breakfast of croissants, cereal, and coffee.
The other guest are nice, friendly, and respectful. I stayed for 5 nights and never had troubles getting to sleep.
Showers are clean too and a cleaning lady cleans the entire hostel daily.

Great place. This is old building with very high ceiling and a lot of air, with beautiful old (18th century original or looking original) style decor on walls and ceiling. luxurious wooden decorations, now a little bit aging, but still
alluring. The rooms are small but clean. A word of advice: go for a
"superior room" with the balcony. It's an essential
feature for a beautiful late night session after you have enjoyed full

I absolutely loved staying here. The decor is amazing, very modern! Rooms are of a good size with breakfast included. The location is also good, station Diagonal is a 5 min walk away and las ramblas is a 25 min walk away. Set in a very good area near Gucci and Chanel shops. Staff are amazing and spoke good english! The reception staff were exceptional in their help and efficiency. Overall the cleanliness and functionality of the apartment was the best I have stayed in to date in Barcelona (and I have stayed in approximately 8 other apartments in the city).

Value for money: My wife and I where really astonished (specially coming
from Paris). The rooms were absolutely amazing for what we paid. Quiet,
very clean, huge space, nice terrace were we could drink some wine at
night. Just perfect!
LOCATION: Couldn't be better. It's in the quiet part of Paseo de Gracia. We loved it cause it's very calm at night. You're just 10 min walking from Plaza Cataluña and 5 min from all the main shopping and Metro Paseo de Gracia.
