There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

The apartment was large, simply furnished but clean with all the relevant equipment in place and working. The widescreen SMART TV and free wi fi was a definite plus. The staff was super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The appartment is centrally located and very close to Place Cataluyna (Centre of Barcelona) and Las Ramblas. The location was superb for our holiday purposes. Placa Reial was a great buzzy place to be, but yet the double glazing ensured a good night's sleep in our rooms which overlooked it.
The staff were excellent: helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.
We loved the included minibar and breakfast, and the fruits etc provided fresh every day.

Beskrivningen stämde bra. Vi tyckte att kommunikationerna till citycentret faktiskt var bättre än vad andra skrivit. Hur smidigt som helst med tunnelbana/pendeltåg från stationen 100 meter från entren till huset (köp 10 resorskort = 9:- per resa). Xavier hade inte möjlighet att möta upp oss men då kom istället Oscar och allt gick smidigt ändå. Bra

Very spacious clean apartments with living room, kitchen and en-suite bedroom. The apartment is very new and very well equipped. The free wifi was good, good tv, well equipped kitchen, good bed, powerful shower. The AC was effective (only really used once). We were met at the apartment where we paid our deposit and taxes by credit card, all very easy.
The apartment is very close to a metro (underground) stop with very frequent trains to the centre. There was a small supermarket across the road.
