  Room was clean and pleasent - excellent for the price. We initially hada room that had been occupied by a smoker - they changed this out for usimmediately to find a more acceptable room. All in all - a very goodexperience. - Very good value for money and conveniently close to the airport.   Nästan allt är perfekt i dena hotelet- - Staff very friendly, keen to help, Great breakfast. Had a family room very spacious and booked the Orchid club lounge benefits which were well worth it. We checked in at 8.30am and were given our room straight away then invited to have complimentary breakfast on arrival. Our flight was leaving at 11.40pm two... vad folk säger » days later, and they gave us a late check out until 6.00pm. - Fantastic - The luxury of the hotel was very impressive for the price paid for my 2 night stay. The staff were falling over themselves to be helpful. The reception staff made a tiny error the booking in process and upgraded us immediately. Very nice thank you.

  What we like most is the room. It is spacious and homey. The location of the hotel is very accessible and excellent, as the bus stops in front of the hotel and few minutes walk to nearby mall. The hotel rooms are simple but very well-designed - Although the room was small, it was compact and it had everything basic we needed. Water was sufficient in both toilet and bath...nothing eeky in them. Hotel staff are nice to talk to. We felt secured in this place; it was quiet. It is near the shops and the MRT station.
