  Staff very friendly, keen to help, Great breakfast. Had a family room very spacious and booked the Orchid club lounge benefits which were well worth it. We checked in at 8.30am and were given our room straight away then invited to have complimentary breakfast on arrival. Water was sufficient in both toilet and bath...nothing eeky in them. Hotel staff are nice to talk to. We felt secured in this place; it was quiet. It is near the shops and the MRT station.
