  The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location was excellent - so close the MRT (underground railway) station which gave access to all of Singapore with ease. Only a 5 minute ride from the City Hall stop in the middle of the city and trains ran every few minutes. - Great location, nice clean well maintained room.   The hotel is great! It is situated on a small hill, which is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yet, it is nearby to the MRT station and some very nice food stalls. - The staff are all very friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are a little small but very well equipped and clean. A very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

  courteous and helpful staff - Breakfast was excellent. and the hotel room is also clean. the per night charged was just alright. it is not so cheap, well what can we say since it comes with the name so cannot complain about it.

  Very convenient for everything, especially Chinatown which we loved. 5 mins walk to the metro- perfect with children - Proximity to river and China town good. Staff very helpful and was offered an upgrade. Chose the hotel as I had stayed at the other Furama before and was very impressed by it.
