The food was good, I enjoyed the risotto and spaghetti. The tiramisu was delicious but the portion was a little too small. Omelette delicious.. Spa services were excellent. -

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast featuring wide variety of food. The gym is good enough and pool excellent. The staff members were very helpful to all my requests. -
The check In & Check out process were very smooth , fast & friendly.

The room was very good. I did like the HDMI plug in the wall near the desk to connect a PC to the TV. That was a really nice touch.
In general the service was great. There when you needed it leaving you alone when you didnt. -

The location of the hotel is close to kingdom tower about five minutes drive.
There is a vault service, they take your car immediately, when I made the reservation I booked a summer offer which was a free mini bar - free wifi and breakfast, when I checked in they upgraded me to suite, which was a nice gesture, however they told me that breakfast w

i made a reservation for a room and gave a notice that it's for honeymooners, they provided me with a free upgrade to a junior suite and free minibar. they also gace me a phone call asking if i wanted to pay SR700 and receive a package of a flower bouquet, cake, beverage and dinner, which i accepted, and was worthy.
