  The staff was friendly, and helpful. My plane got in early morning and my flight didn't leave until that evening. They let me stay several hours after check-out time with no charge.   We found a good deal (this hotel would normally be beyond budget!) and got very lucky when we found ourselves upgraded to the 'presidential suite' for three nights! In both cases, the beds were super comfy, the best we've found in any hotel in Saudi. The location was ideal for the things we wanted to do (zoo, museum, shopping, park... nothing far... vad folk säger » away). The quality of the food was decent enough (including proper coffee at breakfast) and it's always a good sign when you move a piece of furnitu - The hotel room was clean and quite. The food was good and hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. There is a laundry and a cold store nearby. The hotel is few minutes away from many shipping malls.

  It is the closest hotel to the diplomatic quarter. It is a nice, clean, and modern hotel. The staff are very friendly. The room is big and with nice facilities.   Good all round. Staff were very helpful. I have stayed before and came back after trying a few other Riyadh hotels. It's very good for Riyadh, let's just put it that way. - The staff are very helpful, clean hotel, central location. They helped us check in early after I explained to them why I needed that.

  This is my fifth stay at this excellent hotel. Everything is wonderful. The staff are professional and friendly particularly Mr. Abdul Satar. The check in and check out process takes a couple of minutes. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The food is fantastic. Service is excellent, response of the staff is so quick: room service coffee and cake delivery was less than 5 minutes. Airport pickup confirmed by email, sms and followed up by hotel.
