We found a good deal (this hotel would normally be beyond budget!) and got very lucky when we found ourselves upgraded to the 'presidential suite' for three nights! In both cases, the beds were super comfy, the best we've found in any hotel in Saudi. The location was ideal for the things we wanted to do (zoo, museum, shopping, park... nothing far away). The quality of the food was decent enough (including proper coffee at breakfast) and it's always a good sign when you move a piece of furnitu.

The range of food available from room service was a bit restricted, possibly due to the fact that they were experiencing a quiet weekend when we were there. Quite a few items not available from an already limited range, including the entire dessert menu! (good news for the figure/wallet). Also - a small complaint given the high quality of the room we stayed in - the shower unit and door didn't fit together properly, making it difficult to avoid soaking the mat/floor!. No list of phone directory in my room, took long time to guess no. Of reception and house keeping. none. room catering service was v.slow. The bed linen, slippers and bath soap were not changed from the previous guests when I checked in, although the bed was done. They changed the used item immediately upon my request. The bathroom was not properly cleaned every day and the drainage was not very good. - breakfast is not very good. - Staff is not well trained. - The ROOM Service stops at 23:00, so one must order his/her dinner before 23:00. - No valet parking though the hotel is categorized 4stars. - Bathrooms are extra small. - check in & check out process were not fast enough. - the extra bed for kid was not comfort. - private car parking spots was not enough. The breakfast need to be upgraded. Boiled egg is cool and the foul is not will done . The location is different that the one shown on google maps or on booking. There is a 2.5 km difference. This has mislead me to take this hotel, so please arrange it. Had to move to another room due to the shower door handle was broken, also housekeeping is not that great. بعض الموظفين في الإستقبال بحاجة إلى المزيد من التدريب والتهيئة في كيفية التعامل مع الساكنين ( لك أن تتخيل أن يتصل موظف الإستقبال على تلفون الغرفة الساعة الثانية بعد منتصف الليل ليسأل هل أنت عائلة أم أعزب مع العِلم أن الموظف الذين كان موجود لحظة تسجيل الدخول قد أخذ نسخة من كرت العائلة الخاص بي) , هذا أعتقد إنه إهمال من الموظف وعدم تقدير الأوقات المناسبة لمثل هذا السؤال .. staff are poorly trained. Not that much clean Very limitted breakfast I dont think it deserve 4 stars category. Food service and loby space v small. Room design is poor, ambience of hotel and room is poor. Bathroom design is poor, quality of breakfast was very poor. poor interenet and breakfast. Location and poor quality of facility where you pay 50 sar extra and go middle of olya. Clean room. location, service, rooms. there is no good isolation, i can hear every things out there. Gave me room to other gusset and sent me to other hotel. This hotel should not be added to letsbookhotel.com list very bad in every things I stay in this hotel two years back and last week the same no changes I advice to remove from your reservation sites.
