  The location of the hotel is close to kingdom tower about five minutes drive. There is a vault service, they take your car immediately, when I made the reservation I booked a summer offer which was a free mini bar - free wifi and breakfast, when I checked in they upgraded me to suite, which was a nice gesture, however they told me that breakfast w... vad folk säger » asn't included but then they checked with the manger and problem was solved. The hotel is nice, very clean and tidy the decoration is lovely eastern - i made a reservation for a room and gave a notice that it's for honeymooners, they provided me with a free upgrade to a junior suite and free minibar. they also gace me a phone call asking if i wanted to pay SR700 and receive a package of a flower bouquet, cake, beverage and dinner, which i accepted, and was worthy.

  This is my fifth stay at this excellent hotel. Everything is wonderful. The staff are professional and friendly particularly Mr. Abdul Satar. The check in and check out process takes a couple of minutes. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The food is fantastic. Service is excellent, response of the staff is so quick: room service coffee and cake delivery was less than 5 minutes. Airport pickup confirmed by email, sms and followed up by hotel. Location is good and within the main business district.

  The food was good, I enjoyed the risotto and spaghetti. The tiramisu was delicious but the portion was a little too small. Omelette delicious.. Spa services were excellent. - I liked the hotel in general,foods, the room was well furnished, the stuff, and sure I really recommend it.
