  Nice, quiete, clean, comfortable and greate 7 well equipedroom/facilities. Good service - I was staying in a Royal Club Room for 3 nights and I did not feel it was worth it. I did not get services well enough. I suggest that the staff should volunteer to the guest more in terms of comfort and needs.

  Good all round. Staff were very helpful. I have stayed before and came back after trying a few other Riyadh hotels. It's very good for Riyadh, let's just put it that way. - The staff are very helpful, clean hotel, central location. They helped us check in early after I explained to them why I needed that.

  This is my fifth stay at this excellent hotel. Everything is wonderful. The staff are professional and friendly particularly Mr. Abdul Satar. The check in and check out process takes a couple of minutes. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The food is fantastic. Service is excellent, response of the staff is so quick: room service coffee and cake delivery was less than 5 minutes. Airport pickup confirmed by email, sms and followed up by hotel. Location is good and within the main business district.
