  Great hotel. The price was very good, especially for the location (Miraflores - close to all shopping, restaurants, and the beach). The rooms were excellent, very clean, minibars, and the showers had hot water...with very good water pressure. Which, can be hit or miss, depending on the hotel. I'll certainly book this one again. - Due to the location of the hotel, we were close to all amenities and attractions. The hotel staff were exdtremely helpful and friendly especially at the front desk. The food served in the restaurant was really good and quite big portions which was unexpected. My friend had the Llomo saltado and I had something which resembled a seafood paella. Both were equally good.

  The staff were so helpful, kind and patient. Normal check in time ends at midnight but my bus didn't get in until then so they stayed up and waited 30 minutes until I could get there. Everyone from the chef, to the bellhop and receptionists were great. Location is sort of out of the way as far the landmarks in Lima were. All staff that I encountered spoke some English. When I explained a problem that I had with LAN airlines they phoned the airline on my behalf. We loved having the separate living area with sofa and table and we even had a little terrace with table and chairs outside our room too.   We stayed 2 nights in this hotel at the beginning of our Peru trip and 3 nights at the end. Staff were very professional and extremely helpful, most having adequate or better English skills.   Great attention to detail, beautifully dark quiet room at the back of the hotel meant we slept brilliantly. A choice of pillows also helped there. There was a mix up with our airport pickup so after a big apology we got a return transfer for free plus a free gift. Great service.
