Due to the location of the hotel, we were close to all amenities and attractions. The hotel staff were exdtremely helpful and friendly especially at the front desk. The food served in the restaurant was really good and quite big portions which was unexpected. My friend had the Llomo saltado and I had something which resembled a seafood paella. Both were equally good.

The staff were so helpful, kind and patient. Normal check in time ends at midnight but my bus didn't get in until then so they stayed up and waited 30 minutes until I could get there. The hotel is ideally located for enjoying the best of Lima. The hotel staff were courteous, efficient, professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was superb with plenty of space, great facilities and always kept immaculately clean. We loved having the separate living area with sofa and table and we even had a little terrace with table and chairs outside our room too. We didn't cook in the end but if you were on a budget everything was there to make it easy - we enjoye

Great attention to detail, beautifully dark quiet room at the back of the hotel meant we slept brilliantly. A choice of pillows also helped there. There was a mix up with our airport pickup so after a big apology we got a return transfer for free plus a free gift. Great service. Amazing breakfast too. -
