Amazing! The house was an experience by itself! Beautiful colonial style, located in the bohemian, pictoresque district of Barranco with a breathless, priviledged panoramic view to the Pacific ocean. The house is surrounded by a stunning garden populated with Victor Delfin's sculptures (the famous peruvian artist, owner and resident of the house)

The location is superb; views over the Pacific from beautiful grounds
and a comfortable room. The staff was wonderful to us, especially when I
became sick. Lilian, the owner even had a doctor make a house call.
Breakfast was excellent, freshly made eggs each day along with wonderful
toast. Victor Delphin's art work graces Second Home Peru
beautifully. And we loved Barranco. It's quiet and pleasant, sort of
a lovely suburb of Lima. Highest recommendations to all.

Our three daughters came to Peru a week before my wife and I arrivwell
cared for at all times.They started their trip in Lima and had found out
about San Antonio Abad (ssa). Their experience there was really
wonderful and they insisted we cancel our corporate-chain reservation

Hotel San Antonio Abad was a haven in chaotic Lima! It was peaceful,
clean and the staff were incredible. Sadly, I left my camera on a Lan
flight from Cusco that morning. As soon as I discovered it and told the
staff, they jumped into action. At one point three staff members were on
the phone trying to contact Lan! I never got my camera back but it
certainly wasn't because of lack of effort from the Hotel San
Antonio Abad staff. They were amazing!! Lima is a chaotic crazy city.

Hostal Jose Luis was a great little place to spend a couple of nights in Lima. Miraflores seems to be the place to stay for most tourists, and the area around Kennedy Park is indeed quite a nice little area to while away a day. The hostal was in a great location for wandering around Miraflores. Leo a member of staff was very helpful to us when our luggage was delayed for 36 hours by phoning Lima airport to talk to them about it and organising taxi to get us to airport to collect luggage. Breakfast was adequate. We had a room which was very comfortable and felt secure.

The bed is huge, the tub is a delight, especially in front of the big TV.
DVD player is a plus, steam shower, wow!, staff was super nice and they speak English. Check in is early (1pm instead of 4pm) and check out is late. (1pm instead of 11am) The location is excellent, very quiet and safe close to parks to go jogging and do yoga, bike etc.

Angelo, the owner, is an excellent teacher about the history of Peru.
His helpfulness really made our stay more enjoyable as he knows where
all the tourist attractions are and they are all quite close to his
B&B. He and his staff make sure everyone is comfortable and being
able to have breakfast each morning in the courtyard was most
enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend B&B Tradiciones to
anyone visiting Peru.

We stayed for 7 nights and had a great time. The street its located is quiet with a landscaped boulevard. This is very calming on returning from central Mira Flores which is a short walk. There's a convenience store very close by.
The staff were great...everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very secure.
We loved the interior courtyard with the patio table just outside our door!
