  The place was spotless and very well thought out with all the "how to's". e.g. how to get the best tap temp in the kitchen/shower, amenities. I especially liked the recycling bins for plastic glass etc. The location is exceptional too. We took the bikes and rode along the waterfront. It's only a short walk/ride from the bars near the viaduct. Also... vad folk säger » it was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that may have bugged us but overall the good outweighed the niggly bits. - I liked the guy at the desk nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him We felt very welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay wished we could have stayed another night but the complex was fully booked out altho he did try to help us

  Was staying with a group of friends who were in other rooms. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we were all by each other which was awesome. The 2 bedroom unit was extremely spacious and very clean. The bedrooms were huge and the beds very comfortable.   This motel has the best layout configuration for a family of four. It has a double bed in the main and a separate room with two single beds. The main room has a small but elegant courtyard with a garden table where we could sip coffee or eating our breakfast. Also the toilet/bathroom is on the other side of the separate bedroom so it minimises dis... vad folk säger » turbances from anyone using the bathroom or toilet while the rest are sleeping. The place is very clean and well maintained and I can undoubtedly say - Lovely staff; they made our stay really enjoyable and easy. I would highly recommend At The Rocks Motorlodge to anyone. We'd love to stay there again, the rooms are beautifully set out. Positioned on the other side of the wharf, away from all the noise; nice and quiet.

  Excellent on line service. We were late arriving and early leaving so didn't get to meet our hosts but accommodated us well. The unit was plain but comfortable and CLEAN. That's what's important to us.Thank you. - Comfortable.. liked that the pool was out the back door.. liked that it was spacious and clean and had everything we needed.

  Had my daughters wedding in the Bay and use here as a base for the bridal party. They were very helpful and bent over backwards to help us. The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for the bridal party getting ready as it had plenty of room. They even managed to do a service around all the clutter we had on the day of the wedding!   Really clean and comfy bed and pillows. Loved that there was a fan cause it was a hot day / night. Also lobed the free wifi. Don't get all that at many places. All over great stay.   I loved the ambiance of the hotel, it was classic Edwardian style but comfortable. Quiet, spacious room and the extra touches such as the welcome letter, email upon return to home and those lovely personal touches ceratinly makes we want to return for a longer stay. The food in the Chambers restaurant was just lovely and the staff were fantastic, ... vad folk säger » attentive but not invasive and their knowledge of the wine and food was excellent. A great stay, shame it wasn't for longer. - Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Hotel had all facilities expected of a hotel at the tariff rate. Staff were friendly and courteous. Nice extra was the morning letter delivered to the room advising of daily events in the city and forecast weather.

  Room well presented, hosts helpful and pleasant, good location, just made the visit a most enjoyable experience knowing you had a nice comfy place to come back to - We were made very welcome from the beginning, had a problem with the tv and they sorted that out very quickly. No problems at all.

  We loved the location, so central and our first floor balcony overlooked the park. Our room - no 8 -had just been refurbished and was really lovely, modern and immaculate. Great kitchen, all the gadgets needed for a motel stay. It was serviced daily - great - and the plunger coffee sachet replaced each time. My husband fell in love with the needle... vad folk säger » shower head and wants to replace our one at home now! Gorgeous king bed with attractive linens. Reception opened early and closed late. Price of wash - We loved the friendliness of the staff, and the location - right across from the sea, and yet so close to the cbd. The room we stayed in had a spa bath which was a real luxury. We had a lovely relaxing stay. Even down to the fact that they left the newspaper outside our door each morning.

  First port of call, the office - you were both really friendly, with a happy smile and a laugh - always very welcoming to a guest. Loved the cabin. Facilities very clean. - Staff were good. Cabin/cottage was clean and tidy. Provided the essentials. Within my walking distance from the airport. Sea foreshore and shops within walking distance.
