  Adored the location - given a room right on the Ocean view - rooms are just suburb and luxurious - one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in AND THE PILLOWS....WOW!!! Loved them so much we are ordering a couple through your Crown Hotel to be sent to us. - We stayed in a loft apartment and it was excellent. It was very well presented... vad folk säger » & the facilities were first class. It was self contained so we didn't have much to do with the staff but they were very helpful & polite on checking in and out of the hotel

  We loved the room, it was close to the city centre without being among the bustle. The service was very good, parking was a bit crappy but we were able to park across the road. - nicely re-furbished, very clean spacious room. Napier aint a big place but its well situated near bars, cafe, beach etc. Really enjoyed.

  Welcoming staff came out to meet us by name on arrival. Then took us to our luxuriously appointed room. The hotel is a beatiful historic building with some good art items. The gourmet 9 course meal was superb. Would go again and recommend to anyone. - Service standards are very high. Overall, a quality and fun experience

  This motel has the best layout configuration for a family of four. It has a double bed in the main and a separate room with two single beds. The main room has a small but elegant courtyard with a garden table where we could sip coffee or eating our breakfast. Also the toilet/bathroom is on the other side of the separate bedroom so it minimises dis... vad folk säger » turbances from anyone using the bathroom or toilet while the rest are sleeping. The place is very clean and well maintained and I can undoubtedly say - Lovely staff; they made our stay really enjoyable and easy. I would highly recommend At The Rocks Motorlodge to anyone. We'd love to stay there again, the rooms are beautifully set out. Positioned on the other side of the wharf, away from all the noise; nice and quiet.

  I loved the ambiance of the hotel, it was classic Edwardian style but comfortable. Quiet, spacious room and the extra touches such as the welcome letter, email upon return to home and those lovely personal touches ceratinly makes we want to return for a longer stay. The food in the Chambers restaurant was just lovely and the staff were fantastic, ... vad folk säger » attentive but not invasive and their knowledge of the wine and food was excellent. A great stay, shame it wasn't for longer. - Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Hotel had all facilities expected of a hotel at the tariff rate. Staff were friendly and courteous. Nice extra was the morning letter delivered to the room advising of daily events in the city and forecast weather.

  very clean and the room we booked over the internet, was so covenient and the price was supurb..the photo of the room wasn't the best...but was pleasantly surprised how big it was and spacious the room was. kitchen facilitilies, and ablution block spotless....loved it there, taking the family next time....5 min drive to town and the major supermar... vad folk säger » kets, countdown, pakn save. Excellent place to stay. I Highly recommend this place very warm and welcoming holiday resort...thank you we will be back - We had a large group with several children. The accommodation was far superior than we anticipated, the lay out allowed the adults to enjoy a glass of wine while being able to keep an eye on the children who spent the entire stay in the playground, pool, or riding the bikes available. It was absolutely perfect. We will most definitely be back. Beautiful villa's at affordable prices. Rate 10/10

  So clean and very well appointed. plenty of towels, pillows, blankets and the kitchen also had everything we needed. Big spa bath, unfortunatly didn't get a chance to use it. Great set up.   We were only there for 1 night as we had a wedding to go to, so didnt get to enjoy the place as much as we would have liked, as it was very clean, nice new facilities, friendly staff. Great overall place and I would definately stay again. I just loved that it was newer then most the other places we looked at styaing - Great welcome. Could walk to shops, including dairy and Hell's Pizza very close by. Overall, this motel had a really nice feel about it. Would definitely stay here again.
