The apartment was much higher up the hill, and gave us glorious views over Queenstown , lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables from the balcony.   Brilliant place to stay. To be frank, it turned out much better than I had expected it to be. We took the room with a Lakeview and it was just perfect. They have laundry in the room itself, so thats very convenient.   The apartment was very tastefully decorated, very clean, very good layout. It had a gorgeous view of the lake especially that we stayed on the lower level close to the lake so no obstruction from other buildings. Spotlessly clean with a gas fireplace, heated bathroom floors and a Bose iPod player, it was total comfort. Owner welcomed us warmly and helped us in every possible way. Excellent place to stay in Queenstown- you can walk into town on the walking path in 25-30 minutes. A little pricey but worth it. Highly recommended.
