  5 Star hotel with Top of the line service. The rooms are fabulous. Service was outstanding. On site restaurants. - Excellent service, very good food (compared to other all inclusive hotels). Ratio of staff to guests.

  First of all, we arrived on Friday and directly, we received a glass of champaign. The staff was so friendly. Then, we went with the butler to our room... A beautifull room like a dream, a paradise... We took the suite with ocean view. The room was huge, enormous. It was very clean. The housekeeping came twice a day. All was there to be perfect...... vad folk säger » There were a lot of outdoor facilities ( 2 swimming pools, 3 jacuzzis, a fitness center,....) It was during the low season so there weren't a lot of - brand new hotel with excelent service and at A great price.

  The staff are very friendly, and I was really happy with my stay. I would most definitely recommend staying at Hotel Casino Plaza in Guadalajara. They offer great competitive pricing without compromising service or how clean everything is in the hotel and/or rooms. The rooms are very big, clean, and the whole hotel smells nice. Localization- 5-6 blocks from zocalo- 10 minutes (or less) walking, new building 2. big room with two 140cm-wide beds. 3. safebox in the wardrobe, good wifi speed, aircondition. 4.Helpfull staff speaking good english ( we do speak spanish but for some tourists it is important) 5. nice small patio next to the restaurant. 6. new elevators. 7. very clean rooms and corridors. 8. good value for money

  The room and the patio were awesome......everything in the suite was new and clean..incredible views from the restaurant and bar on the top of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating...will definitely stay again next time we are in PV. - The staff was wonderful, helpful and courteous. The location was perfect for the fantastic vist... vad folk säger » as, it took a little thought to manage the shuttles. I would highly recommend it for anyone who does not need immediate access to town.

  The food was great. The staff were great. The beach was excellent for beach volleyball. The pools were warm enough to swim in. We had a ground floor room which made it easy to get to/from the pool, the beach, and the buffet restaurant (The Market). The bed was extremely comfortable!
