  Close to city center. Pool is small but very welcome after a hot day of sightseeing. Room and hotel is old but has charm and is clean. Staff very helpful if you speak Spanish. Breakfast is OK: bananas, oranges, bread, Mexican sweet rolls. - Excellent location. Lovely old colonial building with an open reception area. Friendly, helpful staff.   Swimming pool Food Room - The buffet at the restaurant was great and reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to watch a Sunday Night Football game, although the reception made it look like a snowstorm and it was in spanish. It was clean and sufficient for the night.

  Well, nothing to write home about but it had all we needed. Spacious room with king size bed, clean, air conditioning, swimming pool (as Merida is not by the sea) and very close to the centre without being at the centre. Breakfast is ok but comes at an extra cost. Big plus the parking space - if you have a car you'll need that in Merida. - The lo... vad folk säger » cation is ideal. Close to the center but far enough away to be quiet at night. Nice pool and staff were friendly and very helpful. Has free parking on site which is a plus too. We would stay here again.

  The hotel is located a few minutes away from the city center. It is owned by a gentleman from United Kingdom. Very nice home atmosphere made us feel very welcomed. We were given a few good tips of places to visit. Coffee and breakfast were great. Totally recommend travelers visiting Merida to choose Yucatan Vista.
