  The stay was fabulous. Why stay in a small hotel room, when you can have a 3 bedroom luxurious apartment! We loved the apartment. It's so open, Bright , furnished, awesome Internet free of charge, satellite tv, huge balcony, amazing kitchen, an the best part would probably be that it's connected to the Pavillion mall. Staff were very friendly and helpfull I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels Fracer place really impressed me. I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available For sure will recommend

  A perfect hotel for family stay. We were upgraded with a two bed room premier on 16 th floor, though we were on the other side of towers but still the garden view was beautiful. I loved the concept of having city view while in bath tub, it was so fascinating at night time that I missed it badly while staying in other hotels. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the facilities superb. I used the rooftop pool and gym every day which was great to wake up in the morning or refresh after a hard day's work. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre.   The location. It is great because just across is The Pavillion, our favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly.   Location was perfect for food, bars and generally getting around. It pays to walk around the area as the traffic is a bit hectic at nighttime. The hotel furnishings are dated but can be considered as Retro. A fresh coat of paint would give it life. All in all the staff where great, all smiles and very helpful.
