  The stay was fabulous. Why stay in a small hotel room, when you can have a 3 bedroom luxurious apartment! We loved the apartment. It's so open, Bright , furnished, awesome Internet free of charge, satellite tv, huge balcony, amazing kitchen, an the best part would probably be that it's connected to the Pavillion mall.   Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. We like the relax & play section, refresh & sky pool and also the self service laundry room. Price was reasonable, worthy and the best comparing to other hotel apartments in same area. Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths. Gym is ok and 2 room with Xbox 360 and wiil Location is just right for shopping areas and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpfull I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels Fracer place really impressed me. I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available For sure will recommend

And the buildings themselves were beautiful, particularly with the gardens and water features interspaced between and around them.

  The location. It is great because just across is The Pavillion, our favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely Room is specious and clean Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants Defiantly

  Location was perfect for food, bars and generally getting around. It pays to walk around the area as the traffic is a bit hectic at nighttime. The hotel furnishings are dated but can be considered as Retro. A fresh coat of paint would give it life. All in all the staff where great, all smiles and very helpful. Friendly staff and especially one called Robert bell boy/driver was very helpful. Good swimming pool including for kids. Good view of the city skyscrapers from the rooms. Value for money and very spacious.

  The room, the staff, the facilities, the fact that it has a mall attached to it, the breakfast spread...everything! But just to highlight that the gym closes at 6pm daily. - The excellent reception, bagages, restaurant very smillly

  The location was fantastic - Just above the pavilion shopping centre and close to lots of good restaurants etc. Also the convenience of having a fully stocked kitchen and laundry facilities was very good for a family with young children.   thanks managment very friendly staff mr jojo and mr rahman who are really they know their job pavilion should proud of such as this staff all was good while i was there fo 14 days just maybe more check for bathroom service need befor guest enter i give 9 out of 10 - Very helpful staff.
