  I stayed at Chateau Resort 3 nights , in Feb 15th . Me and my brother got classic room which was upgraded for free from the hotel. The staff were friendly and very very very helpful .. This hotel one of the best prestige hotel ,so you will noticed the kindness of the staff starting by security guys till the reception staff.. The attention to details was out of-standing .. - If you are looking for VVIP kinda of experience, The Chateau is the place to go. Form the moment we checked-in till we check-out, we were served like the Kings and Queens. Service was good, environment was excellent, we stayed in the Suite with Terrace and Spa Bath, facing the mountains. Early in the morning I will sit at the balcony, and be absorbed into the serenity, listening to the birds chirping and wild monkeys swinging from tree to tree.....I definitely experience peace and calmness. S

  Made booking on line on the same day check in. Was impressed that check in was fast and without hassle. The King size bed was very comfortable. Convenient location, East Coast mall just across the street, many good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast buffet. And my wife really like the hotel shampoo because it made her hair smooth unlike shampoo from other hotels that we stayed. Will make a comeback to this hotel if we visit Kuantan again.

  We stayed at the Cameron Highlands Resort in Tanah Rata for 3 night in the month of September 2013. The hotel is part of the “Small and Luxury Hotels of the World” association. It has a nice ambiance and attractive interior decorating.The room was very spacious and clean.The balcony has a amazing view with the golf course on the front.Some people complaint about the traffic passing by but we didn't feel any difficulty getting a cozy and comfortable sleep.

  Deluxe duplex on the top floor is very nice and grand super king size bed. 2 bathrooms with separate toilets, shower and bath. 2 LCD TV too. Duplex is advertised for 3 pax on here.   They upgraded me to Executive Room. How nice :-) And the room was as requested, higher floor and twin beds, in fact it was 2 x double beds. The room is big, the bathroom is big, the shower is big. The breakfast even though not lavish, but suit my taste with many choices of local food. Great treatment ;-) TQ - Staff friendly and very helpful.

  After walking into the hotel we could see a huge crowd waiting to check-in. Housing more than 6000 rooms, it was a huge complex. We were lucky that there were separate check-in counters for World club rooms. We were a family of 4 people, hence requested for either inter connected rooms or side by side rooms. We were given our rooms on the 24th floor from where we could see clouds outsid - stayed at the world club room, loved it that the room is really spacious. i had 2 queen beds that i joined together, it was excellent for my family coz we have 2 babies. usually only mineral water is provided foc, but we hv coke and 7up given foc in the fridge too. don't know if this applies to all room types. i also love it that shopping and restaurants is so convenient. i feel that the hotel room is pleasing. cannot expect condition and cleanliness to be top notch since the hotel is too big
